zaxfire69 Posted March 11, 2008 Report Share Posted March 11, 2008 its a american bass amp. those thinks are very weak as hell. i am not bashing his product but they do not out out anywhere near there rated power. we used to sell there products at my shop but the owner bob like to undercut his dealers so we dropped him. plus how can he call it american bass when he is from india Reinke, I love my AB amp, I can't speak for the New Silver Chasis amps, but my old school Gold VFL 150.1 is awesome. I know for a fact that the amp I have is a tank. Others will agree. You can run it at 16volts @ .5 ohms and lower for burps.. I haven't personally dealt with the new Silver Chasis amps but I would like to hook up a 500.1 to my setup and see what difference it makes. P.S. Is this the amp you have? Man you can run that thing up to 18volts. And yehh....you have hifonics......how can you say somethin doesnt put out what it says and own that? actually i am not wrong the owner of the company and i are in daily contact. he product is "street garbage" imo. for the same amout of money people can get way better shit. he sold out to the wholesale house. and when oyu do that all it means is that you can not find any stores that want to carry your shit. he started the company in clevleand, ohio then moved to like maplle heights or something. he sells his products for cost is you go directly to his factory, so why the hell would anyone in ohio carry it. when we need warranty worlk for a customer he take his sweet ass time doing it if it even gets done. people come in all the time asking about his vfl door speakers, then they get pissed at us when we tell them we will never carry his products again. we are seeling the last of his product at our cost right now. people laugh at us but we know what we are doing my company has been in the car audio game for 30 years so we will be ok not carring his crap. ----reference's---- meade916 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
