amp wiring to subs

You will want to look at amps that can produce somewhere between 2-3.5k rms maybe up to 4k if you know what your doing.

You being new I would look for something around 2.5-3k rms.

Of course you want to make sure the gain us sty right and you have a completely clean signal.

Well asking for the best is a loaded question. There are many good options. But just starting out a great option would be SQ-Q2200. That would push those subs nicely, assuming they are 1,000 rms, wich i believe they are. Edit; http://www.soundqubed.com/Q1-2200D_p_31.html
