Since you have a sub if you could block the lower frequencies from getting to the door you could turn your volume up more. You can use the dd1 to find out where your doors distort on the low and high frequencies. Problem is low frequencies use more power and distort at a lower volume so your highs will never get to be turned up. If you turn the volume up to where your highs distort your lows are already distorted. You gonna want a four channel amp or some bass blockers. Or a head unit that has a high pass filter in the settings unless you use an loc. are you confused yet?
