Copper wiring: 2/0 400 amp fuse 1/0 300 amp fuse 2 gauge 200 amp fuse 4 guage 150 amp fuse 8 guage 80 amp fuse CCA: 2/0 300 amp fuse 1/0 225 amp fuse (you can use 250 if the nominal current will be below 200) 4 guage 120 amp fuse 8 guage : 60 amp fuse Disclaimer: This chart is for "quality" wire, by that I mean wire that is AWG rated.
