acidikbass20
Look at my 03 Monte Carlo build log below & see what I did to install front door Kappa Perfect 6.1's ... through the boot ... factory stealth placement. Just went through the entire thing, nice build. Where did you get those pods for the door speakers? I have tweeter spaces in the doors that I am going to use, but should I put something between my doors and the speakers? and you used regular knu 12g, which has a max diameter of 10mm. I think I should be good for the extra 1mm. Stuff is goin down, upcoming build

acidikbass20
Alright, I need you guys. This right now, is like the same love / immediate sheer rage of owning a puppy. I am still suck and red face pissed. I can see the connection to the door for the rear doors, I can only feel it the fronts. I want to put new holes in each and run a solid connection front amp to speaker. Getting the hole in the rear seems easy, up front seems impossible with my tools. I have the seats out, the door panels off, and all the side panels removed. ( I had some wet carpet I needed to dry as well ) I have been combing an area of 2 hours around me looking for any installer help but so many people are busy for slamology around here. I can't go to shops because I want to work on this and see what is actually going on, i'd rather do this then give it to someone. It's insurance reasons and I understand that. So I'm stuck on the holes right now. I have the headunit out and RCAs connected. I'm not sure what the next step is. Advise? Would pictures help? acidikbass20
I'll show this on the right side of the car. Passenger side. Rear first. This is the connection I can see. It looks like there is 3 layers of metal. Moving up front! Dash quickie. I don't think it's great but... So here is where I can feel the front connection. That plugs access into the area I need to get to. The top of it is open and I can get my hand in their and feel the connection but I can't see it.
