Local is selling a d1 Fi q 12. High qts. Internal lead. Cooling. Chamfer. No spider.

Is the high qts something rhat can be changed or is it like cooling and built right in? Would a recone be worth it? I need d2 and id liqke internal lead and possibly the spider. Its gonna be used for a SQ setup. But guy wants $325 obo and recones are $115-$140? I think. So id offer around $150. But what do u guys think? Id prefer to buy new but no cash atm.
