...OK BACK TO THE DOORS... I WRAPPED THE RINGS WITH A BLACK RUBBER MAT NOW JUST FOR STRENGHT. I JUST HAVE TO GET THE DOOR PANELS OFF AND START MAKING SOME CUTS. GUESS THIS MEANS I NEED MORE SOUND DEADENER AND I BETTER GET SOME HARDWARE, IN THESE PICTURES I JUST HAVE A FEW BLACK SCREWS HOLING THE RINGS ON TO MAKE SURE THEY FIT. WILL LOOK MUCH CLEANER ONCE THEY ARE INSTALLED.

Ok so there has been a change of plan since I have taken the door panels off and seen what I have to work with now. Save questions for the end, I know some people are gonna be like wtf.

Things have been moving pretty slow. So I thought I would take a lil pic of the doors them self with panels off I will be doing some sealing up and deadening there and I got the resin on the fleece waiting for it to cure and harden up to start throwing down some fiberglass mat. Then my favorite part sanding and filler. BTW SINCE I HAVE HAD MY REAR DOOR PANELS OFF FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW. I HAVE NOTICED A LOSS OF SOUND AND QUALITY WHEN PLAYING MUSIC. SHOWS HOW MUCH EVERYTHING INSIDE THE VEHICLE MAKES A DIFFERENCE AND SOME EFFECT.

well the adhesive came loose on the black rubber strip I used to seal off around the top of the box so I got some heavy duty anchors and got it down good this time. also a little update on the doors. I didn't get pictures after I fiber glassed them it was pretty ugly looking. I currently have filler down on them waiting to cure so I can sand.

OK SO THESE DOORS ARE REALLY CAKED WITH FILLER. WHICH IM REALLY LIKING. GONNA SAND THESE BABY DOWN SMOOTH AND FILL A FEW SPOTS WHERE NEEDED AND SAND IT DOWN AGAIN. SUPRISE INSTEAD OF THE HC1800 I WENT WITH THE HC2000 AND ANOTHER HC600. AS SOON AS I GOT THEM I PUT A DVM ON THEM. BOTH READ 12.75 V. GOT THEM CHARGED UP WITH MY CHARGER THEY ARE NOW SITTING AT 13.05 V AND READY TO BE INSTALLED THIS WEEKEND HOPEFULLY.
