form fit glass box - pressure issue?

So I am thinking of glassing a box under my truck sest. To utilize all the air space I would glass the bottom to form fit the interrior but it has an uneven bottom. With two sub's firing upwards would this create uneven back pressure of the sealed box between them? One side depth might be 7 inches and it goes up to 5.5 inches.

It shouldn't cause any issues, just make sure your glass is thick enough and use plenty of bracing.
