gibblegeibel Posted March 9, 2014 Report Share Posted March 9, 2014 i just sold my hifonics amp and cerwin vega sub and got 350 for now i am looking to down grade from a single 12 to a pair of 8's or 10's so that way i can save room in my car. what do you guys recommend? i can save more if i have too but i figured that was a start. gr8handogoatness Posted March 9, 2014 Report Share Posted March 9, 2014 Get Ed to hook you up with some DADs. I have 2 10s in a big ported box that sound pretty dang good. Also built a system with a single 8 and it slams, and gets nice and low. Impressive little subs for the price. Good fairly flat freq response. I like them. Get a couple of the KMH 8s and give them some good power, I think you would like them. I mean you could always go with Sundown or something like that too. Definitely won't be disappointed.
