Well a few people told me that my amp wasn't "liking" 1ohm very well and so I went home and pulled the kicker and went to rewire and found that a coil was causing severe distortion. So not only did I find a solution for the fuse melting I also found the coil problem. Now I'm running on only 1 coil but its made my system twice as loud!! Thanks for all the info!!
