My max dimensions are 30W*16.5H*27D for a 2007 4 door honda accord and will be sealed off from the trunk firing into the cabin. Wanting the system to peak at around 35 hz and have great sq Will be powered by a Sundown SAZ1500 at 1 ohm, I had it tested to see its true rms output and i believe it was around 1800. Joe X
Difficult to predict where your system will peak exactly, you would need to seal off the trunk and measure a transfer function of your cabin, still that wouldn't be completely accurate, also SQ assumes a flat or nearly flat response, efficiency would need to be compromised doing a tight ported or sealed box, most people prefer efficiency, here is something that would work ok for a daily system: Power: to rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, free airspace in front of port: 4 in, building a cardboard box to test fit is recommended before cutting any wood.
