would the dc audio 9.0k amp run 2 PSI 18″ Platform 3 Subwoofers

im kinda new to high powered systems right now i have a cheap system but im wanting to turn my suburban into a compitition truck and i am thinking about buying the dc audio 9.0k amp and i was wondering if it would power 2 18" psi platform 3 subs and they are 2 ohms and it says the 9.0k needs to be strapped for 2 ohms and i was wondering if there would be any problems powering them with the 9.0k

2 platform 3 at 1 ohm on 18k? doubt they will.

strapped means there will be 2 amplifiers.. when you strap them at 2 ohms each amp sees 1 ohm.
