Jacob Strahan
i recently bought a dc level 4 18" instead of the SQ i was going to get. i know the rms is 1400 but i don't know how true that is. i have a hifonics BRX 2500.1d and was wondering if i could run the 18" off it? vehicle: 1998 2door tahoe HU: kenwood single din subs: DC level 4 18" amp: hifonics 2500.1D and 1200.4 door speakers: 2 PWX 8"s and 2 random 6.5"s

Jacob Strahan
what impedance coils did you get the guy i got them from i believe said they were D1 ohm. and i don't turn the gain up past 1/2 so i definately shouldn't be clipping or anything. i'm working on upgrading some more electrical so i can work on door speakers then hopefully another 18 vehicle: 1998 2door tahoe HU: kenwood single din subs: DC level 4 18" amp: hifonics 2500.1D and 1200.4 door speakers: 2 PWX 8"s and 2 random 6.5"s
will77530
so you can be at .5 or 2 and just because you dont turn the gain up passed half doesnt mean your not clipping
