Use 1/0 for as much of your +/- wiring as possible.

Near the amp you can use a dist block and run 4ga from block to amp.

if youre looking for a kit id use these 2 options:

if you spend the extra money on the 1/0 kit you wont have to get new wire and re-run everything if/when you decide to upgrade

4 guage:

While looking at the soundqubed 1200 amp i came across the soundqubed 12 sub hds312. It makes me wonder... What would be better for sq: 2 sundown e12's at 500 rms each. Or one soundqubed hds at 1200 rms?

Not making this a vs thread but I love my hds 300 12s but you would have to spend money on extra batts and stuff because they will take more than rated. Some say they like em better than the sa 12s. But they like big boxes (close to 5 cubic feet net) look up some videos of them on YouTube.

i could also do dual soundqubed HDS12's if thats better than dual sundown e12's. im just trying to get the best bang for my buck. also when you say 5 cubic feet, do you mean for the pair or each? i am assuming the pair. Where can i get the recommended specs for sq subs, i cant find them on the website.
