The CCA you have will safely support 250A over the same distance. The 1/0 from welding supply would support 250A over a 20' run as well. For the minimal difference in price between the 1/0 and the 2/0, why wouldn't you just but the 2/0? Also, to answer you're next question before you ask it, YES, the welding wire from that site is quite flexible. I've had it in my hands and can vouch for it. It's durable and flexible at the same time, and cheap. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
