Design help for 2 sundown e 12's

I am wanting to build a ported box for my 2006 Nissan Altima and would like some help and advise on a box. i am wanting to keep as much trunk space as possible but do not want to compromise sound quality too much. the required specs for the sundowns are 1.5-2.0 ft^3 @ 35hz per sub. i borrowed these pics from http://www.nissanclub.com/forums/2002-2006-nissan-altima-discussion-2-5-3-5/23499-here-some-pictures-trunk-measurements.html

You should get a tape measure and get some numbers. can be done in 14x36x22 if that's suitable.

Ok so can be like this, Power: to subs rated, amp subsonic filter to 28 Hz, build a cardboard dummy box to test fit first, 45s are 2 1/2" wide except the ones inside the port:

That seems like a good plan! Is 33hz a good tune for the port?

33Hz is nice for a daily system and perform good on low tuned music like rap.

What difference would it make to have the port separate? I see a lot of designs on youtube have each sub secluded. Also is there any other designs to look at?

Okay so i did a test fit with a cardboard mock up. I think im going to increase my max height to 16 inches and keep the length at 37 max. Would you mind also making a third design to see what changing height to 16 and changing length to 38?
