ChevyBoy95 Posted April 2, 2014 Report Posted April 2, 2014 Rap mainly. Can't decide 2000 watt brutus and 1000 or 2400 brutus...daily driver please do not do a 2000w amp and a 1000w amp. I would start of with the 2400 and see where it gets you. 42 width 17 height 25 depth and you just dont have enough room, plain and simple. You couldnt even really pull off 3 sealed. Even a box for 2 ported will be close. Using those max dimensions, you have 10.4 cubes, after 1 layer of wood (no port, sub displacement, NOTHING) you have 8.54, you put in subs, you have around 8 cubes (you would need probably close to 9 maybe 10 to do 3 sealed), then port, will probably drop you to 6 to 6.5 cubes with a small port, below 6 with the correct size port. You can in reality only do 2 at the MAX with the dimensions given, and it would be about 7 cubic feet, tuned to about 35hz. Arshel Eason Posted April 2, 2014 Author Report Posted April 2, 2014 18 h 25 d 35 d most room can get...so if can let me know with that if it can fit sealed box if I have to
Arshel Eason Posted April 2, 2014 Author Report Posted April 2, 2014 600-700 rms to each sub going to be enough? Just figured get 2 amps run 2 off 1 and 1 alone... There all 2 ohm subs so amp is 1 ohm stable but will be about 1.3 with all three...correct me if I'm wrong about anything new to this basicly..
Arshel Eason Posted April 2, 2014 Author Report Posted April 2, 2014 Hopefully with few added inches will help but don't want 3 subs in tiny box if 2 in same size box will be louder\Sq.
