There is no doubt in lies, they do not mess around when it comes to customer service, only people who are good people get to deal through them, I'm fortunate and unfortunate that my dealer is in FL, unfortunate that he's 3.5hrs away

Im shopping for something else now. Hopefully I was just an isolated case.
