Kyblack76
Check it at the hu. Also, get a meter and check voltage between the two. You may have a bad output on your deck. jeffrm
Everything is clean off the hu. Quote 03 tahoe z71 4 death penalty 18s 2 ampere audio 3800s @ .5 each 18v 156.7 @ 35hz 158.5 @ 50hz
Kyblack76
So when you plug the dd1 into the one bad RCA out on the HU it works fine? You getting distortion before a signal makes zero sense. jeffrm
No the output that I get the distortion from is on the eq. Not the hu. It has front, rear, and sub outputs on the hu. The front is going to the eq, then from eq to amps. Tested the rcas coming from the hu its clean on 40hz and 1000hz. But once I plug rcas to the eq, its clean on all the eq outputs except the one rca out to subs. The other sub rca is clean but the other is showing signal, distortion, then 40hz. All others show signal, 40hz, then distortion. jeffrm
Tested both sides of the rcas in all the testing. Just the one does that. That's why I think the eq may have a bad output. Kyblack76
Then. You just used the DD1 as a tool. If your clean at a, and c then be is dirty. Probably boosts the voltage or some shit. If it was me, that part of the chain would go bye bye. Quote SMD SUPER SELLER The Burban Build Blazer Build sold Acura trunk build sold
Kyblack76
And by the way. .... Well done. Nice job. (Find another eq if you want, but I wouldn't run that one) Quote SMD SUPER SELLER The Burban Build Blazer Build sold Acura trunk build sold
truthsayer
If one rca is clean and the other is dirty. Just use the clean rca with a no signal loss y adapter. Problem soled. Quote truthsayer
