soundstream15 Posted April 19, 2014 Report Posted April 19, 2014 Can I throw my battery charger on the front battery so it can charge that and the rear battery? If I can, should I use 10amp? Not sure how long it would take. I know my resting voltage is 12.4 rear battery. Kitneik hc2400. Front battery should be about same
TRON Posted April 19, 2014 Report Posted April 19, 2014 I charge both my batteries under the hood, maybe a 5 foot fun of 1/0 between them, and the voltage is the same +/- .02 volts. I don't know how big the distance can be for it to be a problem. Avalanche Alpine Type S comps Alpine Type S 10'' Alpine MPR-F300 Alpine MRX-M50 Mechamn 270 XS Power d3400s
DTS909 Posted April 19, 2014 Report Posted April 19, 2014 Yes you can charge the back battery from the front. What kind of batteries and charger? 12.4 is low for resting.
