amp for 2 jbl 12gti mkii

i just got 2 jbl 12gti mkii from my friend and im looking for a box and amp to build for these subs, so far ive been thinking about 4cuft per sub and tuned to 35hz with a 1600.1d Brutus amp, would these work good with these subs? i have max of 275 to spend on amp if u have any better ideas for amp or box size/tuning please let me know, thanks! First install!

I expect if you searched over at DIYMA you could find lots of test results. These are a very popular SQ sub and there were some very long threads over there with people's experience.

yeah those subs are way sq, so if you want to stick with sq i would either do a nice sealed box or tune it a little lower like 32, or lower, just preference really.
