hispls Posted June 7, 2014 Report Share Posted June 7, 2014 FYI, relying on home depot to do your cuts is hit or miss. I've had stuff way off, and had other guys that cut things dead nuts on. Careful planning + owning a router or belt sander will allow you to have them do the grunt work of cutting the sheet and you can put on the finishing touches with hand tools as needed when you assemble. Honestly the time it takes for a guy at HD to cut out pieces for a box is less than the time it would take me to just get out my circular saw and set up a few sawhorses. *EDIT* that little port area and low tuning is not going to put you into an impressive showing on the meter.
