FYI, relying on home depot to do your cuts is hit or miss. I've had stuff way off, and had other guys that cut things dead nuts on.

Careful planning + owning a router or belt sander will allow you to have them do the grunt work of cutting the sheet and you can put on the finishing touches with hand tools as needed when you assemble.

Honestly the time it takes for a guy at HD to cut out pieces for a box is less than the time it would take me to just get out my circular saw and set up a few sawhorses.

*EDIT* that little port area and low tuning is not going to put you into an impressive showing on the meter.

thanks for the tip, i need to get a belt sander (been dooing it by hand.) and i know about my numbers as of right now im just hoping to kill the lows, my 2 15s could barly play 28 htz and thats no good to me lol. this was my first box and sure as hell wont be my last i juust wanna have a little fun with it
