Box dimensions: Width 30, Height 15 and Depth 18, giving you a 2.5 cube box. Port width 3 and length 28, to tune you to around 35hz.

Here is a suggestion, power: to 2K to the pair, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, port clearance 3 3/4", figure is just an assembly guide:

NOTE: If building outside you need to build a cardboard dummy box to test fit in it's way inside.
