CleanSierra
It may not do rated, but it should still do just fine. Smoove had(still has I'm sure) his two SP4s on a baby RF 500W amp and they sound good. They will sound much, much louder when he gets his real amps on them, but it sounds good already. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

CleanSierra
The amp is CEA compliant Ayyyye, that doesn't mean shit. CEA rated doesn't mean much. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
MatthewBigBossWilliams
Well balls! Will that amp be efficient?
Cj Kumz
CEA doesn't mean much. We have tested amps with same CEA rating but give different results lol. But don't worry that amp will push your sub just fine. Will give you some dimensions to work with as soon as I get to my pc Vw Polo Pioneer Deh-6050UB Sundown Saz-3500d DD Audio 9500 15'' 5.5 cubic feet box with 10 inch port @ 38hz I live to hear the Bass drop!!! Facekicker
I use the same amps on my HCCA 15's. They are plenty enough power for an SP4. Hifonics tend to be a little more demanding on electrical than something higher end rated around 3k however, in my experience. 2002 Monte Carlo Started a build log Fi, DC, Mechman, XS Power

Cj Kumz
Okey in your post I am assuming the length you wrote is the width and the width you wrote is the depth. Here is what I got Height 18, Width 35 and Depth 21. Port Width should be 4 inches and 38 inches long, this will give you a tuning of 30 Hz and box volume of 4.2 cubic feet. Remember to extra baffle the face and add bracing inside to strengthen the box cause that's a tough sub you gat there Vw Polo Pioneer Deh-6050UB Sundown Saz-3500d DD Audio 9500 15'' 5.5 cubic feet box with 10 inch port @ 38hz I live to hear the Bass drop!!! Cj Kumz
Do you use 3/4 in MDF? The dimensions I gave is the size of the trunk Yes those dimensions are based on 3/4 MDF. Aren't you using all that space for the box?? Vw Polo Pioneer Deh-6050UB Sundown Saz-3500d DD Audio 9500 15'' 5.5 cubic feet box with 10 inch port @ 38hz I live to hear the Bass drop!!!
