Jbug14 Posted June 5, 2014 Report Posted June 5, 2014 Hey guys, I've searched everywhere and can't find my answer. I have a 2013 Raptor with the sony system. I am wanting to add the 360.3 to add amps to and have better tuning capability with. After researching i have found that all the sync functions operate through only the front speakers, therefore i have to run all my front speakers to the processor, AFTER they pass through the factory amp. MY question is regarding when i add an amp to the door speakers. Since i have to catch the wire after the factory amp, how do i go about running the speaker wire to the aftermarket amp? Do i splice in the factory wiring before it goes into the factory amp? If anyone could please explain this i would greatly appreciate it. In the mean time i will keep searching! Thanks.
mothra Posted June 8, 2014 Report Posted June 8, 2014 just get a Kenwood DD like the 7701HD and use the Maestro RR kit and you'll be able to retain all the Sync features through the hu and be able to use the 360.3 if nothing changes, nothing changes You don't know what you don't know, till you don't know
