moredbs Posted June 8, 2014 Report Posted June 8, 2014 i need to bypass my pcm with the new ho alt. i was instructed to go through a low voltage relay if possible,instead of connecting directly to ignition source. I'm trying not to over think this,but this is something I'm not familiar with. its a 40 amp 4 pin that has black for ground,red for constant 12v , blue for? yellow for? does the yellow go to the alternator ignition wire? does blue go to the constant wire on alt.
moredbs Posted June 9, 2014 Author Report Posted June 9, 2014 got it figured out. 86 ignition, 87 ground, 30 to alt,or fan or whatever you want to turn on. and the last wire is battery.
