Without reading everything else. What 220 amp alt? Big 3 done? How does your whole wiring situation look? Great grounds? What is voltage like now and what's it wired to now? Always, always have a quality volt meter installed that you can keep an eye on your voltage.

Yeah the big 3 is done..I could use some better quality wire but it is 0 gauge...sky high 14gauge remote to a 40a relay to trigger amps rite now its not wired to anything because theres no bass in there I got a memphis mc4.75 pushing a set of memphis mclass components at 4ohms ..I sold everything else..of course with a small 4ch like that and two huge batteries my voltage isnt dropping.
