Kotoma
Hello! I am in dire need of a new box since the one I have now is only 120 litre for the two, tho it sounds good I want it to perform even better! The car is a Volkswagen Passat 2001 Estate. Here is the measurements of the trunk: 90 cm deep (bottom) 75 cm deep (top of back seat) 101 cm wide and max 50 cm height as I want to compete in the street class. I power the subs with a RF T2500.1-BD, stock 120A alternator, stinger 65AH AGM battery. I wish the box to be tuned around 35Hz Thank you in advance! 2 x DD Redline 818 2 x DD m2b 1 x Gladen SQX 165 Component set Sony DSX-S3000BTX

Cj Kumz
You could do a box with 19.5H, 39.5W and 25D (measures are in inches). If you want a slot port do a centre 6inch wide port that is 20inches long to tune to 35 hz and 7cube(200L) box. Or you could do two 8inch flared ports 22inches long to get a 7.3 cube (208L) box. Joe X
Here is a suggestion for your space, daily use, power: to 1500 per driver, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, port clearance: 12 cm away from the rear gate, figure is just an assembly guide: Any changes let me know. Kotoma
Thank you so much! Only one question, is there two bottoms? The sketch says one thing and cut specifications says another. 2 x DD Redline 818 2 x DD m2b 1 x Gladen SQX 165 Component set Sony DSX-S3000BTX
Joe X
It's the transparency effect on the sketch (the inner surface of the front sheet can make it look like there were two bottom sheets if you don't look closely), it's one bottom sheet and 2 on the top, all three are identical 101x63 cm in size make sure you do have that 12 cm clearance to the rear gate. Any other questions or changes, let me know.

Kotoma
I'm bumping this thread because the box is finished! The design is altered but the enclosure is at somewhat the same tuning as your design Joe X. And it is bumping hard! Check out this vid. And yes before you complain about power issues, I have it in my plans to buy a bigger alternator and more batteries. 2 x DD Redline 818 2 x DD m2b 1 x Gladen SQX 165 Component set Sony DSX-S3000BTX
