So because I think the boards clean I can't ask what others think? you said it was a clean board at a reasonable price. if you know enough about boards to be able to look at one and determine that its a reasonable price, then that would lead people to believe that you can look at one and dictate if it puts out power or not. since after all, if it put out well below rated then i doubt you would say it was reasonable price.
