Looking for a compact, cheap, 4 channel amp that puts out about 80W RMS @ 4 ohm. These seem to fit the bill. I've heard good things about the black ice series, but haven't heard much about the iON series. The amp will most likely be concealed, meaning it has to handle some heat without overheating. The iON is a class D, which I would guess runs cooler. How close to rated do these two amps do? Is there anything to buy one amp over the other?
