how thick is the material used? mdf is usually .75" but some cheap pre-fabs are .5"

its .75, wood doesnt seem to bad (not sure what exactly it is but yeah)

Bump~ Still not sure of the exact cubes, above somebody said 1.4, but i tried this calculator to try to find the cubic feet and i got like .92 (without subtracting for port) can a math wiz plz help lol, i'm a HS drop out, not good with numbers at all.

Ok well here are pics of the box, as you can see he did horrible job when making it fit his 12s (were meant for 10s), you think they are salvagable? think i could try to make it a bit rounder? at a few places, it looks like he went a little bit past the line he was trying to cut along in a spot or two, would this cause air to escape and mess up the sound? any help well appreciated, thanks.
