KICKERKX1200 Posted March 22, 2008 Report Posted March 22, 2008 installing a system for a buddy and he is using all stinger wiring and connectors. will be running second battery, which stinger battery would be best. its a 2003 ranger amps will be zx1000 and a zx350.4. know nothing about stinger batteries, only used optima myself.

EricR Posted March 22, 2008 Report Posted March 22, 2008 If you really really want or need to run one go with a Stinger SP800, don't buy any Stinger yellow tops they suck haha.Stinger SP800 They go for $190 shipped if i remember correctly steve had a spv44 which is a yella top in his civic before it was jacked....and he was runnin his whole system with that. so i wouldn't say they suck. i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
