Rockford fosgate prime 1200d is around 800 at 2 ohms if I remember right.

The american bass phantom 2500 will do 1250rms @ 1 ohm so i would think that youd be around 800 @2 ohms and you can pick them up online a little over 200. same for the american bass vfl hybrid 2680.1D. I have never owned an AB but have heard good things. Could also look into the hifonics brutus elite 1200.1D http://www.woofersetc.com/p-12294-be12001d-hifonics-monoblock-1200w-rms-brutus-elite-series-class-d-amplifier.aspx but im sure some people are opposed to hifonics because theyre overated but from what ive seen theyre still fairly reliable, in my opinion your asking for too much on to little budget unless you buy used. Your best bet is probably to spend the extra $50-100 on an amp like soundqubeds, it'll benefit you in the long run
