One will come with a fuse holder and fuse the other will not. just figured I'd throw this out there since the op asked about gear, make sure you fuse ANY/ALL power wire runs. Alt to batt, batt to amp, etc. Don't skimp on the extra $15 or whatever it is and get the fused kits.
