GassenD
I'm getting rid of my.97 explorer and wanting to either get an 03 S10 xtreme, or a Ford ranger.. I like the looks of the s10 inside and out but the ranger looks like it could have a little more room? I plan on moving everything from my current build into the new truck, 2 SA 15s.and a Soumdqubed 2200. Ill be buying a new 300 amp alternator and head unit for the truck also.. Would the 2 SA 15s fit in either the s10 or ranger or would I have to Wall it off. And would that leave me enough room to have my extra Kinetik in the back? I haven't seen many build logs in small extended cab trucks but the ones I've seen they were mostly blowthroughs.. pa-pa-platypus
s-10's are louder and yes you can fit 2 15's back there... best way to fit the battery would be to take the jump seat out and build a battery rack for it there Quote This isn't teeball. GassenD
Another question, where would be the best place to put my amp? When I build my box could I do 2-3 layers of MDF on one side and bolt my amp to it work rubber spacers? pa-pa-platypus
you posted it in "technical difficulty area" lol but maybe a mod will be nice and move it anyways.. alot build a false floor and mount the amps underneath and use fans for cooling but the way you stated would be fine too Quote This isn't teeball.
