timewarp Posted September 7, 2014 Report Posted September 7, 2014 Iam ordering a knukonceptz ofc 0 gauge dual amp kit . but from what i can tell i'd still need either a distro block and another inline fuse or a fused distro block . My mono amp has 0 gauge input and needs to be fused / My 4 channel amp has 4 gauge and is fused on the amp . For right now iam only running battery up front but will be changing the up front and adding one in back ( hopefull in a month ) I planned on running the 0 gauge then splitting into a 0 gauge and a 4 gauge out . Iam not sure if i should use a 0 gauge in distro block with a 0 and 4 gauge out and just add a inline anl on the 0 gauge out , and run the 4 gauge to the 4 channel amp ..... Or should i just get a fused distro block ? I looked at the ones on Knu but wasn't sure which i should get . Which way do i set this up , and if fused distro block , which one ?
deadbroke Posted September 9, 2014 Report Posted September 9, 2014 I would start looking at all the different distro blocks you can. I wouldn't get one that has 0 gauge for the input with a 0 gauge and 4 gauge output it's just sharing from the original run. I would look at multiple inputs unless you think your pushing enough electrical. Check out ebay or parts express

Will be a month or two for that . Id like to get some sound in it now . I was going to make a post and debate getting either a higher output alt or since i want to upgrade battery under the hood , get one for under the hood and one for the back . My alt on my s10 is not the stock one but its 145 amp . Iam trying to see if i can go alittle bigger then the factory battery without alot of mods .
