2 12" TS w3003d4

Would wiring 2 12" TS w3003 d4 subs to my kicker dx1000.1 work? The amp puts out 550 watts RMs X 1 @ 4ohms. just making sure i'm doing this correctly, thanks.

since you cant wire that amp to 1 ohm, you have to wire at 4 ohms. which will give each sub like 250w our of the 600 they can handle up to.

if you want to wire at 1 ohm you have to get a different amp, like a soundqubed 1200

I'd just be better off getting different subs. Any suggestions?

Wire each sub to 2 ohm and run one sub per amp each sub will see 1000wrms, just get yourself a second dx1000.1.......... or just wire one sub to the amp. do you have your heart set on running both?
