Little CA glue fixed that. Those wondering about voltage, set gains with dd-1 of course and with it at max playing gain setting test tone, voltage at amp read 12.9v I don't have a meter for that but looks like it should be safe. Got the OM-1 though. Glue smeared for 100% coverage. Even stuff that would not be seen has a "finished" look. The way it should be. Because the led's created a 3/8" gap between back panel and box, these pucks were made to secure the panel to the box and prevent possible vibrations/slapping. Pucks were made from the same 1/8" hardboard, ca glue together, and Velcro strips.
