Christian Høegh Posted October 2, 2014 Report Posted October 2, 2014 Hi guys!New at this forum, so if the post is placed wrong, please correct me I got a Ground Zero GZPW15SPL sub, and i need a enclosure for it, but it has to be a box that fit the sub, and not the vehicle cause im changing car pretty often.. its gonne be a serious box, cause the sub's weight is 47kg (about 105lbs)But i really dont know how big it should be.. im thinking tuned to 33hz and L port.. specs on the sub can you see here :http://www.ground-zero-audio.com/components/com_jshopping/files/demo_products/GZPW_15SPL.pdf Hope you guys could show me what it should look like with all messurements ect. MaxVolume Posted October 3, 2014 Report Posted October 3, 2014 would have better luck in the subwoofers/enclosures section if youre looking for designs and box feedback having said that, moving a box even without a sub from vehicle to vehicle is alot of work i'm just going to assume big SUVs or trucks/vans right?
Christian Høegh Posted October 3, 2014 Author Report Posted October 3, 2014 Actually im thinking about fitting it in a stationcar for now thats all i have, but later fit it into an Astrovan or something like that, but cars cost about 3 times as much in DK than US, so i cant afford a big SUV Its not all the time i need to move it in and out, but it would be great if i could build the box, and when i get a new car, move all the stuff to the next car, and the enclosure still fits the sub and can do some nice SPL Christian H.
