I heard that RF amps gvie are bad in a way. Well Ive seen them burn up woofers and there is no damage done to the amplifier.

because their amps are beasts. those amps are underrated and to use them you have to give them sub(s) that can keep up with the power they put out.

2-DC 15XLM2 D.7s

1-DC 5K amp

(1) XS Power D6500(UNDERHOOD) and (1) XS3000(REAR)

3 runs 1/0ga for power and 2 runs of 1/0ga for negative.

(2)-RFT165s components, ...... 4 separate 1 inch tweetersRF T600-2(fronts) Punch 450.4(rear)

x2. how can you say theyre bad when u burn subs up? like he said, u need to get a sub that can handle them. the only bad thing is the price. but u get what u pay for.

and what RF you can more than what you paid for. look at meade and how much extra juice those T40001bs have. some people probably don't know how to preperly wire their subs to those amps and end of killing the subs.
