Efficiency ratings of the SAE sundown line

I'm not sure which amplifier to buy to drive a single SA-12 sealed. I do not want to upgrade my stock electrical, so I'm really just considering which amp would be more efficient.

I'm looking at either SAE-600d or the RF T500-1bdcp. I can't find Sundown's ratings for less than 4 Ohms for the SAE line, while RF posts their efficiency down to 1 Ohm.

I like that the RF can perform pretty well at 2 Ohms, while the SD I would have to run at 1, and not sure how hard it would be on my electrical.

I have a 105 amp alternator in a 2003 3.8l Mustang. I already have a small 2004/5 RF Punch 200 watt amp running my components at 2Ohms. The RF being a little underrated will put out more power, and I assume will require more draw on the alternator, but it can be ran at 2 Ohms and more efficiently. But the SD will ask for less power but pushed harder at 1.

I know the vs. threads aren't allowed, so I wanted to ask this strictly based on the electrical limitations I have. What should I go with?

The rf amp

Why

As a cp model at 2ohms it does rated. This means you can still get the full 500watts rms. To add to that it will be under less stress. The lower stress gives you a better dampening factor meaning a higher sq. From there at 2ohms you pull less power. Then its also more effective against impedance rise due to its constant power technology.

In short the RF amp will give you a better sq from a higher dampening factor and less power draw with the same rms rating.
