MaxVolume Posted November 6, 2014 Report Posted November 6, 2014 that's why you always read, re read, and hell re re read the manual during the alarm course when i was in school we worked with compustar alarms, 30+ wires and a sea of programming options. before the instructor was satisfied you had to be able to tell what the wire was for, input or output, and what sort of signal it expected/pushed out when all he gave you was a color... off the top of your head of course.... that's some serious overkill... but if i worked in a shop doing alarms... i wouldn't take anything less way off topic... anyway... if you're determined to use that box (getting more and more costly compared to a from scratch build) you might want to chop it in half again and build new sides where needed
