I had to set it up using a password but thenot it made me change it to a Microsoft password. Problem is is that she changed it back because she hated syncing with onedrive bit I don't remember the original password. Is there anyway to unlock it? She has it so I need to be able to relay it to her if you guys can help. please and thank you.
