I read this afternoon about IB setups and I'm liking the idea, also considering that I won't have to build a box and regain a lot of my trunk space. can you tell me more about IB setups? and will my sub be good for IB? when I ordered the psi recone, I said I was going to run a 4th order bandpass so they used 4 spiders, 2 stiff and 2 soft. how about power handling? my amps puts out like 1500w rms or more. Either way you go with what you are describing is to look into some metal bracing instead of the normal mdf for the resting baffle. You want that back deck to look flush. Only vehicle resonance will determine tuning. Search for T-Fade and his IB builds.
