box help for dc level 4 12s

so i bought 2 dc level 4 12s and a friend gave me a box he never finished, its sealed but he was going to and some aero ports to it. the dimensions for it are 17d x 22h x 32w. would it work for the subs? for now it will be getting 2300 watts rms

need to know if those dimensions are internal are external will also need to know port length to factor in port displacement

they are external and there isn't a port yet it's all sealed.
