Jeep Cherokee WALL Rebuild, 6 12s 4th order 6 3800s

Have this posted over on CACO, but their build log section is rather dead. Looks like Im gonna be spending some more time on here :) First build in this Jeep was 8 SA 12s on 2 Ampere 3800s, then 4 3800s, then 8 Zv3 12s. Nowall. Was doing 57s+ sealed peaking at 36 and on music and a 54~ @ 28hz so very musical. Had some freak voltage spike one day in the rain and it took out my volt meter and 2 3800s. I got upset and pulled everything out, sold all my old batts and decided to rebuild. This time go big, and wall it.
New plan is 6 custom Zv4 12s on 6 Ampere 3800s on 14 D1400s. I have added a 3rd alt, a Chevy Ad244 160A to run the car, and my other 2 Singer 270 hairpins will be charging the D1400s. The zv4s are built with SPL cones/surrounds, SPL spiders and NSv2 coils. Their t/s specs are closer to that of NSv2 12s because of this.

Subs! :)

Had to plate the b-pillars because they were splitting. Passenger side in particular was almost broken completely through..

Old roof.. another reason I pulled everything out. It was ripped in NUMEROUS places and leaking BAD.

Miters arent perfect but its more than good enough for testing when the time comes. I was later told by Jared (think JEEF) that flat wall 4ths tend to load better with a tall rectangle port, not a square... so may swap to that later depending on how this does.

Spent like 3 hours today doing body filler in parts of the box and sanding. Mostly because the braces I made for the ported section I welded up inside the box, and the splatter burned into the wood a little and made tiny little pits.. oops. They should be fixed now, and I have a little more sanding to do and it should be ready for paint and maybe caulk beforehand in the seams where I cant sand very well.
