Mustang2dakota
Ive got the bed-liner on the inside of the port drying while i work on some bracing. marking out the place for the removable port while i smell the sweet smell of bedliner Cut it out with a sawzall, dont worry my shitty cut will be covered up by a much nicer looking straight cut. this is where i left off yesterday. I have to go and pickup some nuts and washer for the bracing. 2014 JKU Sound: pioneer xav-65 4 12in pioneer tsw3003d4 2 pioneer gm-d9601 (much more in route) General: 18in worx rims 33in tire stinger src bumpers light bars 6k hids 2in leveling kit 3.25in lift The Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/195839-2014-jku-build-4-12s/

Mustang2dakota
Here's the bracing all done got the top all glued on cut the board out for the port and used some expanding foam to fill any gaps bedliner because i dont want any leakage liquid nail on the front and then bedliner to hopefully 100% seal it off the bracing from top to bottom (one run on the left side and one run on the right side) I put an actual shit load of liquid nail between the washer and wood for sealing/vibration purposes but........bedliner few layers of primer the top and port are candy red, the sides and bottom will be black carpet. Should look good while also matching the color scheme of my jeep. Thats where i stopped for today, should be playing here soon. 2014 JKU Sound: pioneer xav-65 4 12in pioneer tsw3003d4 2 pioneer gm-d9601 (much more in route) General: 18in worx rims 33in tire stinger src bumpers light bars 6k hids 2in leveling kit 3.25in lift The Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/195839-2014-jku-build-4-12s/

Thinking of doing an 8 15 wall. The Jeep is just an offroad toy, so it needs room for spare tools and parts. lol. New box looks good with the paint!
