axevon Posted March 11, 2015 Report Posted March 11, 2015 If I need to use 2 4" aero ports to get the desired port area, the calculated port length (using 30Hz tuning and 2ft3 volume) say around 34 inches of port length. Does each port need to be 34 inches long, or would each of the two ports be 17" long? It seems like a simple question, but I googled for over 20 minutes with no clear answer. Dorm room setup: SQ SDC2.5 12" @ 8 ohms Klipsch 300 watt home theater sub amp Marantz 1030 amplifier Future car build: Audio Technix 1200.1d Fi SSD 12 w/ cooling and flatwind coil 6th order dual reflex enclosure
