Enclosure design for 2 HDS312

Can someone design an enclosure for 2 hds312's with a double front baffle for an extended cab S10 xtreme . Amp currently is 1,500 watts , want to upgrade later to around 2400 to 3000 watts. Max dim are 46 w / 21 h / 14.5 d . Wont have enough clearance for side firing port .

So here is a suggestion, power: to sub(s) rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 5 3/4", figure is just an assembly guide, bracing is 1 1/4" wooden dowel rods.

Thank you so much Joe . Just one question , On the 45 on the inside of the 3 inch L port extension - do i keep that at 2.5 inch wide since the extension is 3 inch ?

Here's how to do the 45 inside the port:

the 45should be made in a size that results in a 3" (in this case) width at the turn, it could be a little more but not ever less.
