KICKERKX1200 Posted April 7, 2008 Report Share Posted April 7, 2008 Ok, say specs on a sub says 3.5cf and port should be 3" wide 12" tall and 14" deep. if you build enclosure 7cf for two subs in a common enclosure do you make the port 6"x12"x14"? if not how do you figure what size the port should be. If you keep the same length the tuning will be lower. To use the 6x12 port the length would need to be around 12" long to keep the same tuning as the original port. 4- COMP VR 15's 2- Tang Band 8's 2- Selenium 6" 2- Selenium Tweets 2- SAX 100.4's 1- SAZ 3000D 1- KQ9 1- KX3 Hopefully it doesn't sound too horrible. lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
